Tanya & Frank – Baseball Engagement Session – Stouffville Ontario

Welcome to the almost completed new blog.  Still many things to get done, but I needed to get this up pronto, as I have sooo many weddings/sessions to share with you.

Tanya and Frank, are a couple after my own heart! Engagment session at the ball diamonds.  Mind you we couldn’t shoot at the diamonds that we wanted because they were being used, by none other  then baseball players!! Don’t they know our photography session should come first.  Being an avid baseball playing person myself, the location they scouted was ideal.  But we rocked out the session elsewhere, and had lots of fun.  Tanya and Frank are full of energy.  So it should come as no surprise that they are getting married at Disney World, Orlando Florida.  Disney World has nothing on these two.  Seriously.  I am honored to be flying down with them to Florida to capture their special day.  I have yet to shoot a wedding at Disney World so I am sooooo looking forward to it.  Soon I will be able to take it off my Bucket List!  We started our session out at the ball diamond, and appropriately enough we ended it on the swings at the playground!

And this next set, I think fits Frank & Tanya to a T.  Just in love, playful and full of energy! Thanks guys for allowing me into your world.  I laughed my guts out on the slide and swings, and had truly had a blast!

James & Michelle – Engagement Session Downtown Toronto Wedding Photography

Well, it’s been three years in the making and James and Michelle are engaged!  James will tell you it was a complete surprise for Michelle, but something tells me she had her suspicions.  That’s how we women work.  We are all about intuition.  Women’s intuition is something not to be messed with.  Trust me on this one.  We met along Queen St in the downtown area.  And I must say James and Michelle came to ROCK THEIR SESSION OUT!!  I think Michelle is a model, or was a model in another life.  James, not too shabby himself!

Seriously…Got to love this look James is giving Michelle here.  This is when Michelle somewhat broke the news that she may have suspected James’s proposal.  I think James is saying here “Sure you did!”

Moving sucks.  If you’ve been through it you know what I’m talking about, and if you’ve never been through it, DON’T DO IT!! Well, at least don’t do it more then once.  I’m surrounded by what feels like a never ending stream of boxes and furniture and clothes and toys and…well the list goes on.  Unpacking never seems to end.  I thought packing was bad, but unpacking is just as bad, maybe even worse! But don’t get me wrong, it’s also exciting and fun to be in a new place.  I know the “newness” of it all will wear off soon, but for now I’ll complain to you about unpacking and enjoy the adventure of it all!

Here is another shoot I did awhile back! Want to give this baby his personal space on the blog as he so deserves!  He is such a sweet little guy and is mothered to distraction by his big sister!  He was a trooper for the entire session, I’m sure by the time I see him again, he will be up and crawling around and maybe even possibly walking!! My time goes by so fast, but that’s another post altogether.  For now, here’s baby Kyle!!
