Destination Wedding – Gran Caribe Real, Cancun Mexico

HOT STUFF on the blog today…Turn your air conditioning up cause this blog post is on FIRE! 🙂 It was sweltering hot at the Gran Caribe Real in Mexico and Nick and Nadia made this day even steamier.

The happy couple booked me to shoot their Destination Wedding in Mexico and decided on a “day before” their wedding shoot. Which I’m so glad we did. They had about 40 friends and family members travel to Mexico to attend their wedding. So we had fun just Nick and Nadia style and then we had fun in the pool with the rest of their guests. They really turned up the heat for these beautiful images. I can’t choose a favourite…Maybe you can! 🙂

Part II: Eric & Theresa Queen’s Landing Niagara On the Lake

If you haven’t seen Part I of Eric and Theresa’s wedding yet, please go view it now!

After our welcome, but unexpected guests departed (Thanks guys!) we fooled around a bit more…

and then on to the sweeter, softer moments 🙂

Then it was back to the reception for some dancing, laughing with friends and family and just plain ole fun with shoes!

The library at Queen’s Landing is a fantastic spot to have photos done, and my lighting specialist Tony B was up for the challenge…

Then back to the reception where the night could have lasted forever and I don’t think anyone would have minded!

Eric & Theresa, thank you so much for allowing me the privilege and honour to capture your special day! I truly had a blast!

A wedding at Queen’s Landing, Niagara on the Lake

Eric & Theresa were married in a beautiful ceremony at Queen’s Landing.

Once Theresa’s dress went on, it was game over! She looked exquisite…

Her bridesmaids were stunning and an absolute pleasure to work with. They really made the day so much fun for everyone! Even when Theresa got a little emotional, they were quick with a tissue and to cry along with her and lighten up the mood all at the same time!

Beautiful…

The entire event was held at Queen’s Landing at Niagara on the Lake, and on that particular weekend (the long weekend) there was so much traffic almost everyone was running behind, but no one seemed to mind and in a beautiful ceremony, Theresa and Eric were wed surrounded by friends and family.

We walked around Queen’s Landing looking for fun photo ops and even had some “locals” lend us their scooter and some “not-so-locals” get in on the fun!
