Jeremy & Lesley – Inn on the 20, Niagara Falls, Ontario – Wedding

Niagara Falls Wedding Inn on the 20

It was a gorgeous day in what is turning out to be a rather cool September!  We lucked out for sure on this day.  Clear skies, a hot day, a gorgeous bride and a handsome groom surrounded by loving family and friends, what more could any bride and groom ask for…There were tears, surprises, a too cute for words ring bearer, more tears and happiness all around!

We started the day off at the Inn on the 20 in Jordan Village Niagara Falls.

Both the bride and groom got ready at the Inn, although at opposite ends!

There were tears of excitement and happiness as the hairdresser and makeup artist finished their masterpiece! Lesley couldn’t contain her emotions as she looked into the mirror and saw how magical she looked and that she was about to marry the man of her dreams!

On the other side of the Inn, Jeremy tried hard to keep his composure as he bolted around making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be.  He told me not to worry about time as this was Lesley’s day and he didn’t want her stressed or worried about anything.

The ring bearer was nervous but ready for his task at hand…

The best man, Justin,  looked calm, cool and collected and ready to stand by his brother’s side.

As family & friends made their way to the vineyards for the ceremony, the bride got ready in her suite…

Mom and Dad of the bride waited patiently for their daughter to make her first formal appearance dressed and ready to go.

She did not disappoint!

When Lesley was ready to go, we wandered outside only to find this surprise waiting outside to carry Lesley to her dream wedding.

We took the short drive to the ceremony at the vineyard where Lesley was escorted by her mom and dad to Jeremy who couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw his bride walking towards him…

The couple were bound together…

…and pronounced husband and wife.

Jeremy & Lesley, may you live happily ever after!

Steve & Jenn, Lynde Shores Whitby Ontario, Wedding & Engagement Photography

Wedding Photography, Engagement Photograph, Toronto & GTA, Durham REgion

We had been playing “confirm-the-date-tag” for a few months, as it seemed we could never connect with our schedules.  Thankfully we finally met up for their engagement session! I’m so glad we did.  Steve & Jenn are so down to earth and so definitely in love it was a pleasure to photograph them.

They met at school although they were at different campuses.  He was invited to a party by a friend, and went.  He was instantly smitten with Jenn, how could he not be?? She is beautiful! Her love of cars was something that Steve was instantly attracted to.  Her, maybe not so much, as she met Steve under typical “college-party” circumstances.  They parted ways that night, but were set up later by friends for a date, and they eventually fell in love, with so much in common, how could they not??

We ventured out to Lynde Shores in Whitby for their engagement photo shoot.  Steve & Jenn made my job easy, they were so friendly, so happy together and up for anything!

Meet Steve: (See told you, happy!!!! I love happy and easy-going, makes my job so much easier!)

Meet Jenn:

And together they make, happy, easy-going Steve & Jenn:

This photo was alot of fun considering Jenn doesn’t like fish, and the whole time Steve was whispering in her ear that the fish were coming! 🙂  Jenn held her own though and I never would have known she was nervous to be there.

I love this last photo especially, because really, come on…Jenn worked it out.  She looks like such a Diva in this photo! I love it!!! My fave of the session.  Now Steve doesn’t know what Jenn’s wedding dress will look like, although she has talked about it alot in front of him.  So Steve, I want you to picture your bride-to-be in a wedding dress in this photograph!  I know she is going to look absolutely stunning on your wedding day.  (She looks stunning here for pete’s sake, she’s going to knock it out of the park on the big day!)

Steve & Jenn, thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph your engagement session!

Reception Album

I love deliveries!! Yes, I’m a shopaholic, and even though most deliveries aren’t meant for me to keep forever, (cause they are usually for clients), I love the feeling of opening the package and admiring how a session has come together.  This album was no exception.  I tried something new for this Reception Album.  I tried some Art Water Colour paper.  Why?  Well because it’s easier for the guests to sign, and the paper is more absorbent, so less chance of smudging!  The album is absolutely gorgeous, I’m delivering it tonight to the clients and as excited as I am for them to see it, I’m sad that I’m parting with it! What are you waiting for order your reception album today!

Take a look:
