Meadowvale Conservation Area Photography | Necoal & Shayne

So after my session with Nadia and Nick below, I turned my attention to another fantastic couple.  Necoal & Shayne (and yes it is pronounced just like Nicole.  I love the spelling!)

Necoal showed up in these wickedly gorgeous shoes!! Of course I had to ask her where she got them… Spring shoes baby! I headed on over to the website to browse and YIKES, I found a pair of high heel low cut boots to die for…$70 is the magic number for the boots…but wait, back to the shoes. The shoes, sorry.  When someone shows up in shoes like these, you know it’s going to be a fantastic session!

Necoal is thinking about getting into the photography field.  So we had a good chance to talk shop while we walked around scouting locations.  Shayne would pipe in every so often with words of encouragement for her to do it!  I can’t tell you how great it is to hear couples encouraging each other to follow their dreams.  It really is the way love should be!

Meet the ever encouraging, quite handsome Shayne:

And now the gorgeous, fashionista, and possibly upcoming photographer, Necoal:

Together they make Necoal & Shayne, In love and getting hitched!

Necoal & Shayne, thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to photograph your engagement session!

Nadia & Nick – Engagement Session| Meadowvale Conservation Area Mississauga

Toronto Engagement Session, Mississauga Wedding Photography

Well, it appears I am once again a bad blogger!   People ask me what time of year is busiest for wedding photographers.  I will tell you it is usually September and October and when you ask me why? I will tell you, I”m not entirely certain, other then it’s a bit cooler outside,  the leaves have changed colour and make for some pretty beautiful backdrops and nobody has to worry about bulky winter coats and frumpy boots or fanning themselves in 30 degree weather in a church with no air conditioning.

Nick and Nadia wanted just that, an engagement session, where it wasn’t super hot out,  they are having a destination wedding next year and are opting for some beautiful white sandy beaches with the ocean behind them as their wedding backdrop, but for their engagemenet session they opted for fall days.  Guaranteed no bulky winter coats to worry about at their wedding!  There is something about destination weddings, just thinking about getting married on the beach, barefoot with a white flowing gown,  marrying the man that you love…Awesome! Mind you I am not sure if that is what Nick and Nadia have in mind (barefoot on the beach) but whatever they have planned, I’m sure it will be beautiful!  (For a few more photographs of Nick and Nadia, please visit my Facebook Fanpage.

Meet Nick:   Nick asked me if there would be any black and white photographs, so I needed to make sure I included at least one black and white photograph of him on the blog!

Meadowvale Conservation Area, Mississauga Engagement Session, Oakville & Toronto Wedding Photographer We met up at the Meadowvale Conservation Area I love this spot…it’s beautiful in the fall! Nick and Nadia opted for a quick change of clothes. (NOTE: Future brides and grooms…it adds for more variety to your photos to bring a change of clothes.) While they were changing I shot the engagement ring. engagement ring, Meadowvale conservation area, Mississauga & Toronto Wedding Photography

We went from a little dressy wear, to more casual, and Nadia looked gorgeous either way! (Nick, you’re not so shabby yourself!)

Nick & Nadia, thank you for allowing me the opportunity to photograph your engagement session!
